I am having difficulty maintaining my correspondence addresses.
The name associated with my account is wrong. The system will not let me change it.

Account Management
I forgot my Username.
I can't remember my "forgot password" answer.
When I tried to authenticate my account using a credit card, it tells me the credit card has already been used.
I tried to authenticate my account by requesting a PIN. I never received the PIN.
When I requested a PIN, the email address displayed was not valid.
When I requested a PIN, I received a message saying I did not have an email address on record.

My Dogs
I am not able to add a dog I own. I am the owner of the dog but the system says someone else is the owner.
I would like to remove a Dog I Own from my list. I am the owner of the dog.
I would like to remove a Dog I Own from my list. I am not the owner of the dog.
I am sharing an account with someone else. We cannot add our dogs to our account.
I do not know the certificate issue dates for some of the dogs I own. I am unable to add those dogs to my account.
There are still dogs I own missing from my account. I cannot figure out how to add them.
